Required Materials
There are several documents and supporting materials that need to be submitted as part of your application.
New, Relocating, or Expanding Businesses
- Completed Application for Zoning Site Plan Approval, including floor plan and narrative describing business, to the City Planning Department
- Application for ABC License or Business Privilege Licenses for taxis with the City Clerk
- Application for Sign Permit and scaled drawing depicting all proposed signage, to the Planning Department
- Applicable fees
- Application to purchase Knox Box, or key to be placed within existing Knox Box
Additional Requirements for New, Remodeled, or Renovated Structures
- Construction drawings
- For interior work, submit a detailed floor plan
- For exterior work, submit architectural elevations for all building facades
- Engineered utility plans, if applicable
