Submission Requirements

Required Materials
There are several documents and supporting materials that need to be submitted as part of your application.

For New, Relocating, or Expanding Businesses
  • Completed Application for Zoning Site Plan Approval, including floor plan and narrative describing business, to the city Planning Department
  • Application for Privilege License to the City Clerk
  • Application for Sign Permit and scaled drawing depicting all proposed signage, to the Planning Department
  • Applicable fees
  • Application to purchase Knox Box, or key to be placed within existing Knox Box
Additional Requirements for New, Remodeled, or Renovated Structures
  • Construction drawings
  • For interior work, submit a detailed floor plan
  • For exterior work, submit architectural elevations for all building facades
  • Engineered utility plans, if applicable
